Candlelight Partners in Human Development Limited, trading as Candlelight Partners, is a duly registered social enterprise (Reg. No. 8003490640839) in Uganda. Our services are centered at Candlelight Resource Centers located across rural parts of the country, combining expertise in agribusiness, digital solutions, research and evaluation, e-government services, education and career guidance, and business development.

We combine multidisciplinary expertise under one roof so that communities don't have to navigate separate organizations for agribusiness advice, digital skills, research support, or help with government paperwork. Our teams work directly from Candlelight Resource Centers embedded in rural districts, keeping services close to the people who need them.
Our e-government support services help clients navigate processes like business registration, land verification and passport applications. Candlelight Partners is an independent social enterprise, not a government agency — we assist and advise, we do not issue official documents ourselves.
Candlelight Partners delivers its services through Resource Centers located in various rural parts of Uganda, bringing agribusiness, digital, research and advisory support directly into the communities we serve.
